EPPING — Pam Tibbetts loves Halloween. “There’s no pressure, no gifts to buy, no huge meal to cook,” she said as she unpacked crates of black and orange decorations in her shop, Checkers Barber Shop in downtown Epping.Tibbetts will share that love of all things scary and spooky when she spearheads the first Halloween Block Party in front of the Leddy Building on Main Street in Epping.
