Epping voters OK sewer plant upgrade, library expansion

EPPING — Epping voters were in a generous mood, approving three bond issues on a snowy election Tuesday.A wastewater treatment plant requiring a bond for $2,396,000 received its three-fifths majority, 729 to 136.
