Epping man gets 18 to 40 years for drug trafficking

BRENTWOOD — An Epping man was sentenced to a minimum of 15 years in state prison for leading a drug trafficking ring out of his home Tuesday.James R. Castine, 25, was sentenced to 18 to 40 years in state prison on charges including two counts of being a drug enterprise leader, witness tampering and possession of a controlled drug.
