Calamari snafu evacuates Epping Middle School

EPPING — Epping Middle School was evacuated Tuesday morning after a class effort to cook calamari went awry.Fire Lt. Paul St. Cyr said Epping and Brentwood fire departments responded to the school just before 9 a.m. for a fire alarm activation, where it was discovered something was burning in one of the classrooms.
