Football’s a kick for her

When his team clashed with Franklin High last Saturday in Division V football, Epping High head coach Rich McFadden was without the program’s high-profile place kicker.She was leading the Blue Devils girls’ soccer team to the near-upset of last year’s Class M state finalist.

It wasn’t Epping’s afternoon on the gridiron or pitch. The football team lost, 8-0. The soccer team dropped a 3-2 decision in double overtime to Raymond.
