Several towns fight house fire on St. Laurent St
Firefighters are at the scene of a two-alarm fire that broke out at a house at 84 St. Laurent St. just after 12:30 this afternoon.
Police have closed off the street as several firefighters from Epping and neighboring towns work to bring the blaze under control.
The fire was first spotted by a Buxton Oil worker who was driving by and saw smoke coming from the house.
The worker reported the fire and Police Officer Ray Fluet arrived moments later and entered the residence.
Fluet said he went inside and saw smoke and flames in the area of the chimney.
