Raymond Willing To Share Ladder Truck?
November 29, 2007
According to a report in the Union Leader, The Epping Fire Department is close to working out an arrangement with the Raymond Fire Department to share a ladder truck. Epping doesn’t currently have one, and Raymond apparently is having trouble keeping up with the costs of maintaining theirs.
This appears to be a win-win for both towns. In the case of a fire, Epping crews would arrive on the scene first, and if there was a need for the ladder truck, Raymond would be contacted to send it over.
