Property Entry Legality Disputed

Today in court, the attorneys for accused murderess Sheila LaBarre argued that the Epping police had no right to enter and search her property back in March 2006 when they were investigating the disappearance of Kenneth Countie.

Officer Sean Gallagher was on the stand as the two day hearing began this morning in Rockingham County Superior Court.
