“Gatchell Excavation” Water Tower?

First he painted his apartment building bright orange with purple polka dots in a feud with a neighbor years ago.
Now Paul Gatchell has another paint job in mind, only this time it doesn’t involve polka dots.
The 37-year-old Gatchell wants to paint his business logo on the side of the town’s water tower off Route 27.
He got mixed reaction when he floated his idea before water and sewer commissioners this week. Some actually thought he was joking, but Gatchell said yesterday that’s he’s totally serious.
