Awaiting Judge’s Ruling
The decision is now in the hands of Judge Tina Nadeau as to whether evidence and testimony gathered by the Epping police in the early days of the Sheila LaBarre murder case will be allowed to be presented when the murder trial begins next spring.
With the amount of information presented at the two-day hearing this week, a decision by Nadeau could take several weeks to be reached.
