Are you looking for something FREE to do with the kids during vacation week? Once again the Harvey Mitchell Memorial Library is hosting a vacation movie series. At 1:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday they will be showing a family movie that has recently been released onto DVD. The library will provide popcorn and lemonade, and encourages movie-goers to bring some other snack to share, as well as a camp chair in case the couch and the beanbags are already occupied. Call or stop by the library for the movie schedule. Please remember that a responsible adult must accompany all children attending the movies. Due to this special vacation program, there will not be Preschool Storyhour on Thursday afternoon the 31st.
The library is open Monday through Friday from 10 to 8 and Saturday from 10 to 2. The library will close at 5:00 pm on Thursday, Dec. 24th and Thursday, Dec. 31st and be closed on Friday, December 25th and Friday, January 1st.
