Plow Truck Driver Arrested in Hit and Run

The driver of a plow truck was arrested after allegedly striking a pedestrian Wednesday evening, police say.
The driver, 33-year-old Jeremy Leavis of Epping, allegedly fled the scene following the 7:49 p.m. incident and was eventually arrested and charged with reckless conduct and conduct after an accident.
